Role Overview Anchorage Digital is seeking a Partner focused on Operations & Institutional Services to support the delivery, scaling, and optimization of services for institutional clients. This role sits at the intersection of client operations, service delivery, and internal execution. You will work closely with institutional clients, product teams, compliance, and internal operations to ensure a high-quality, reliable, and scalable client experience. The role is well suited for a senior operations leader who understands institutional expectations and can translate complex services into efficient, repeatable operating models. Key Responsibilities • Oversee operational delivery for institutional clients • Support onboarding and ongoing client service workflows • Partner with internal teams on process improvement • Identify operational gaps and scalability risks • Help define service standards and SLAs • Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues • Support cross-functional coordination across teams • Improve efficiency across custody and settlement processes • Contribute to operational strategy and planning • Support growth while maintaining service quality Key Requirements • 7+ years of experience in operations or client services • Background in financial services, fintech, or digital assets • Experience supporting institutional or enterprise clients • Strong understanding of regulated operating environments • Ability to manage complex workflows and stakeholders • Comfortable working across time zones and teams • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience operating in remote or distributed teams
