Partner Success Advisor (PSA)

Join us and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of marketing What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate directly with clients and the internal marketing team on new and ongoing marketing campaigns. Take detailed notes of all client meetings in our task management software (ClickUp). Report daily to management on client progress and meeting attendance. Ensure all meetings are recorded and lead information is accurately tracked in client systems. Track client campaign performance and ensure leads are being sent into the client’s CRM. Strategize and manage ongoing marketing campaign performance. Ensure that clients’ marketing is generating a positive ROI. Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring that follow-ups and tasks are completed as soon as possible. Daily Responsibilities: Attend mandatory morning meetings to align with the team. Clear tasks in the company's task management software (ClickUp). Run and manage recurring client meetings, providing updates and insights. Report on the performance of active Google marketing campaigns. Coordinate closely with the marketing team to improve client campaign results. Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with discipline and focus. Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage tasks and client relationships effectively.
