Partnership Proposal Writer & Designer

We are expanding our education ecosystem initiatives across Southeast Asia and are looking to build partnerships with universities, student organizations, educational institutions, training providers, and learning communities. We already have the partnership framework, cooperation models, and core concepts prepared. We are looking for a freelancer who can help transform our draft materials into professional, visually appealing, partner-facing proposals. This is expected to be a long-term collaboration, as we will continue developing customized partnership proposals for different countries and organizations in the future. Responsibilities Expand and refine proposal content based on the framework we provide Conduct additional research when necessary to strengthen the proposal Improve overall structure, storytelling, and business logic Design professional layouts and visual presentation Deliver polished PDF proposal documents Customize and update proposals for different types of partners Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly preferred: Business Proposals Partnership Proposals Sponsorship Decks Education Industry Proposals Business Development Materials Experience in Southeast Asia, education, SaaS, technology, or internet-related industries is a strong plus.
