Partnerships & Online Reputation Manager

Role Summary We're a growing IT services agency specializing in AI implementation and automation. We're hiring a proactive, self-directed specialist to (1) get us registered and certified in the partner programs of trending AI/SaaS platforms, (2) build and protect our brand reputation across review and Q&A sites, and (3) set up our outreach email infrastructure and run outbound campaigns. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who can research, execute, and report without heavy supervision . Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Program Research & Enrollment Research and shortlist AI/SaaS vendors that run partner, reseller, or solution-provider programs relevant to our services. Evaluate each program for fit, requirements, tier structure, benefits, and any costs, and recommend which to pursue. Complete and submit partner applications on our behalf, including all required company details and documentation. Manage the full onboarding process: track application status, follow up with vendor partner teams, and enroll us in any required training or certification paths. Maintain a live tracker of every program (status, contact person, requirements, deadlines, next action). 2. Online Reputation & Review Site Management Create and optimize our company profiles on review and directory sites (e.g., Clutch, G2, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Trustpilot). Monitor and manage our brand presence and reputation across these sites and on Quora. Write and publish helpful, on-brand answers on Quora to build authority and drive traffic. Set up and run a system to request, collect, and publish client reviews and testimonials. Respond promptly and professionally to all reviews, including handling negative feedback with care. Report regularly on ratings, review volume, and reputation trends. 3. Email Setup & Outreach Set up business email accounts and sending domains for outreach. Configure deliverability correctly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and warm up inboxes before sending. Build and clean targeted outreach lists. Write and send outreach and follow-up sequences (to partner teams, prospects, and for review generation). Monitor deliverability, opens, and replies; manage responses and hand off qualified leads to us. Required Qualifications Proven B2B business development or partnerships experience (SaaS/tech partner programs strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with online reputation management and review platforms such as Clutch, G2, and Quora. Cold-email/outreach experience, including domain and deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and inbox warmup. Excellent written English and professional communication. Strong research, organization, and tracker/CRM discipline. Reliable, self-managing, and comfortable owning outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the AI/automation software landscape (e.g., n8n, Make, Relevance AI, Writer, Glean, Aisera). Experience with outreach and deliverability tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Basic SEO/content sense for Quora and directory profiles. Success Metrics (first 60–90 days) Number of relevant partner programs identified and applications submitted / accepted. Company profiles live and optimized on target review/directory sites. Verified client reviews collected. Outreach infrastructure set up with healthy deliverability, and first campaigns sent with reply tracking in place.
