We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Lead Generator to identify and qualify new business opportunities, sponsors, and partners. You’ll build and manage prospect pipelines, research target organisations, and support outreach that turns cold contacts into warm conversations. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify potential leads (sponsors, partners, clients) aligned with our target sectors • Build and maintain a prospect database/CRM with accurate, up-to-date contact details • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Qualify leads against defined criteria before handing off to the sales/partnerships team • Track outreach activity and report on pipeline metrics weekly • Collaborate closely with leadership on messaging and target lists Requirements • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development • Strong written communication skills • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, Airtable) • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Experience in events, partnerships, or nonprofit/cause-led sectors a plus What We Offer • Flexible, remote working • Opportunity to work across high-impact, mission-driven initiatives • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
