Responsibilities include: - Preparing and filing patent applications in India. - Assisting with patent prosecution and related procedural matters. -Advising on PCT applications and international patent filing strategies. -Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with applicable requirements. -Communicating effectively with clients and providing timely updates.
