We are seeking an expert to assist in patenting a cybersecurity software focused on post quantum cryptography. The ideal candidate will have experience in intellectual property law and patent law, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles. Responsibilities include drafting patent applications, conducting patent searches, and providing legal advice on intellectual property matters. The role requires an intermediate level of proficiency and offers a part-time engagement for 1 to 3 months. Patent must be presented in Switzerland and (PCT) in over 150 countries. We need an expert in encryption and software patents.
