Patent Data Collection

Need an experienced patent paralegal or patent research assistant to download and organize prior art references from the USPTO. This is primarily an administrative/legal support task. Accuracy and organization are critical. Scope of Work You will: Download clean copies (PDFs) of U.S. patents and published patent applications from the USPTO. Download complete prosecution histories (file wrappers) from USPTO Patent Center. Download and organize file histories in chronological order. Ensure each PDF is complete, legible, and not missing pages. Rename each document according to our naming convention. Organize everything into folders ready for litigation exhibits. Verify publication numbers, patent numbers, and application numbers. Identify any missing references or incorrect documents. Provide a spreadsheet listing: Document name Patent/publication number Application number File name Number of pages Source Deliverables Clean USPTO patent PDFs Complete USPTO prosecution histories Organized folder structure Renamed files Master exhibit index (Excel) Requirements Experience working with USPTO Patent Center Experience downloading prosecution histories/file wrappers Experience with patent litigation support is strongly preferred High attention to detail Excellent organization skills Bonus Skills Patent paralegal experience Prior work supporting invalidity contentions, IPRs, or patent litigation Familiarity with PTAB proceedings Estimated Work Approximately 6–10 hours.
