Job Summary: Looking for a US-registered patent practitioner (Patent Attorney or Patent Agent with an active USPTO registration) for a quick, 15-minute remote session to file an already completed Provisional Patent Application. Project Scope & Details: Status: Specification and network architecture diagram drawings are 100% complete and ready in PDF format. Method: We will connect via Zoom (remote desktop control). You will use your USPTO practitioner account on your screen (or I can share my screen if preferred) to upload the documents as-is and pay the $65 micro entity fee. Deliverable: Secure the official USPTO Filing Receipt during the session. Budget & Terms: Fixed Price: $265 USD total (Includes your $200 service fee + $65 USPTO micro entity fee handled during our session).
