Patent Renewal Fee & Form 27 Filing with the Indian Patent Office (Aug/Sept Deadlines)

We are a boutique international intellectual property firm seeking a registered Indian Patent Agent or IP Attorney to handle an immediate maintenance and compliance matter for a granted Indian patent. The case is currently held by a different Indian associate, and we are looking to transfer management to a new freelance partner or firm with potentiak long-term collaboration. Scope of Work Includes: Power of Attorney (POA) Processing: Reviewing, docketing, and legally executing/signing the new Power of Attorney to officially transfer the case from our previous Indian associate to your docket under the Indian Patent Office (IPO) e-filing records. Form 27 Submission: Preparing and filing the triennial Statement of Working (Form 27) through the electronic portal for the current reporting block. Deadline September 30, 2026 Annual Renewal Fee Payment: Processing the upcoming annual patent renewal fee payment directly with the IPO.
