Patient Coordinator (Outbound Calls, Remote, US Based)

We are a dental implant clinic in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Most of our patients fly in from the United States and Canada. Many of them have lived with missing or failing teeth for years and have been told back home that the fix will take a year and cost a fortune. Our lead dentist does full mouth implant work in a single visit. People come in hiding their mouth behind their hand and leave a couple of days later smiling in the mirror. We will share patient videos and reviews with candidates we speak with. What you will do Every week, people fill out the form on our website asking about treatment. Some of them book a free video call with our dentist right away. Many do not. They get busy, they get nervous, or they just want to think about it. Your job is to call those people. You will: Call new web form leads within a few hours, and follow up with older ones on a set schedule Have a real conversation about what they are dealing with and what they are hoping for Answer basic questions about the clinic, the trip, and what the process looks like Book the free video consultation with our dentist and confirm it so they show up Send follow up texts and emails when a call does not connect Keep clear notes on every lead in our system Pass on questions you cannot answer to the clinical team What you will not do You will never give dental or medical advice, quote an exact treatment price, or promise a result. If someone asks a clinical question, you set up the call with the doctor. That is the whole point of the role. Who we are looking for Warm, patient, and easy to talk to on the phone. This matters more than a sales background. Comfortable calling people who did not answer the first time, without being pushy Good at listening. A lot of these calls are emotional. People are embarrassed about their teeth. Organized enough to keep notes and follow a call schedule Clear, natural spoken English Reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a headset Comfortable with basic software like a CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Nice to have, but not required: Experience in a dental or medical office, especially front desk or treatment coordination Experience booking appointments or doing inside sales Spanish Why this job is different You are not cold calling strangers.
