Your role is exclusively positioned as an expert advisory and verbal guidance layer, driving architecture validation over secure, interactive sessions. 2. Detailed Scope of Work & Architectural Deliverables** During the 14-day execution window, the consultant will be expected to deliver top-tier architectural oversight across the following areas: Requirements Translation & Blueprinting: Analyze complex, multi-tiered enterprise business requirements and translate them into robust, performant Pega 25 architecture patterns. Guide the initial application structural framing using Pega Blueprint parameters to ensure a scalable Enterprise Class Structure (ECS). Constellation UI Architecture Alignment: Direct the configuration of data-driven, configuration-only View rules within the Constellation DX architecture framework. Ensure all user interface structures completely avoid legacy Section rules, HTML fragments, or UI Kit components, sticking strictly to native modern guardrails. Data Modeling & Integration Orchestration: Review and advise on data virtualization layers, Savable Data Pages, and integration patterns. Ensure efficient, asynchronous data exchanges while maintaining optimal system performance. Background Processing & Engine Performance: Architect robust background processing solutions leveraging modern Pega 25 engine capabilities, specifically focusing on complex Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and error-handling mechanisms for high-throughput transactional states. Guardrail & Security Compliance: Conduct daily configuration reviews to ensure the implementation maintains an exceptional guardrail score, avoids custom Java steps, adheres to strict security policies, and utilizes proper inheritance patterns. Interactive Design Syncs: Participate in private, dedicated screen-share technical syncs during scheduled off-hours/weekends to verbally dictate implementation sequences, troubleshoot design anomalies, and review structural integrity. 3.
