Peppol Integration Expert for ERP and SAP Advisory (Consultation)

We are looking for a Peppol expert to help us understand how the Peppol network integrates with ERP systems and how that integration works in practice. This is an advisory engagement. We are not commissioning a build at this stage. We need someone who can answer detailed technical questions clearly and accurately, walk us through the integration architecture, and highlight common pitfalls. Familiarity with SAP is strongly preferred. **What we want to understand** 1. How the Peppol network operates, including the four-corner model, Access Points, and participant discovery through SMP and SML. 2. How an ERP system connects to Peppol, whether through a certified Access Point, a third-party service provider, or middleware. 3. How ERP document data maps to the Peppol BIS format and UBL, for both outbound and inbound flows such as invoices and credit notes. 4. What the end-to-end flow looks like when a document leaves the ERP, travels across the network, and arrives at the recipient. 5. How SAP specifically handles Peppol, including SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, and how it fits within an S/4HANA environment. 6. Certification, compliance, and country-specific considerations that affect an implementation. **Required experience** 1. Hands-on experience with real Peppol implementations, not theory alone. 2. Working knowledge of Peppol BIS, UBL, and Access Point architecture. 3. Experience integrating Peppol with one or more ERP systems. 4. The ability to explain technical concepts in plain language. 5. SAP experience strongly preferred, ideally with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance or the older eDocument framework. **Engagement details** Format is an initial consultation call followed by asynchronous question and answer as needed.
