Perform Payment Process Tests (PayPal) + Zoom Call for Review

IMPORTANT: The scope of the project includes a one-on-one online meeting to explain and review test results, and handle sensitive information like PayPal account (if necessary). It would be best if all testing can be done during the call. Main skills: 1. Ability to perform manual payment testing from worldwide (especially US, UK, and Australia). 2. Clear communication and ability to explain results and course of action to the layman (me) on a one-on-one call. Project Description: I operate an ecommerce website (WooCommerce) selling digital products worldwide (mostly US, UK, Australia, but also multiple other locations): www.aptitude-test-prep.com. PayPal is my payments processor. Recently, it seems that customers are able to pay only with a PayPal account. PayPal customer service can't understand why. I need someone to perform the required testing from multiple locations (especially US and UK), find the root cause and suggest possible solutions on a one-on-one online meeting.
