Ideally, prospects should book a discovery meeting through our process, where we can understand their business challenges and discuss how Mantis Predict can help. We are looking for a long-term outbound sales and lead generation partner who can consistently bring qualified B2B opportunities. Your responsibilities may include: • Finding companies that match our ideal client profile. • Reaching out through cold email, LinkedIn, calls, or other outbound methods. • Qualifying prospects and decision-makers. • Booking meetings with interested companies. • (Preferred) Helping handle sales conversations and assisting with closing deals. We are primarily interested in a performance-based partnership rather than a traditional monthly retainer. Our preferred compensation model is: • Payment for every qualified meeting booked and attended. • Higher commission when a booked lead converts into a paying client. If you already have experience generating leads for B2B consulting agencies, SaaS companies, RevOps firms, analytics providers, or technology services businesses, that would be a strong advantage.
