Performance-Based Organic Search SEO Specialist (Healthcare / Local Search)

Summary We are a clinic looking for an experienced SEO specialist whose sole objective is to improve our Google organic search rankings for a small number of high-value local service keywords. This is not a Google Business Profile project. This is not a Google Maps optimization project. This is not a technical SEO project. Our foundational SEO work has already been completed. We are looking for someone who can move our existing service pages into Google's organic search results for competitive Austin-area searches. If your specialty is ranking healthcare service pages for local commercial searches, we'd love to hear from you. Current Status (Already Completed) The following work has already been completed and should not be the primary focus of this project: -Dedicated SEO landing pages for each core service -Service pages optimized with titles, meta descriptions, H1s, internal linking, and schema -Website fully indexed in Google Search Console -XML sitemap submitted -Technical SEO improvements -Google Business Profile fully optimized and actively managed -Local citations and healthcare directory listings -E-E-A-T / healthcare authority improvements -Google Ads actively managed -Active social media presence Despite all of the above, our organic rankings for our core service keywords have not meaningfully improved. This project is about improving Google's organic search rankings, not repeating foundational SEO work. Compensation This is a performance-based SEO project. Initial Milestone $500 paid upon achieving the following milestone: At least one primary keyword cluster reaches Page 1 (Top 10) of Google's organic search results for the Austin area and remains there for 7 consecutive days. Performance Bonuses Primary Keyword Clusters Top 3 organic ranking → $400 per keyword cluster Secondary Keyword Cluster Top 3 organic ranking → $200 Target Keyword Clusters Primary TMS: TMS Austin / TMS near me Neurofeedback: Neurofeedback Austin / Neurofeedback near me Secondary Evaluations: Psychological evaluation Austin / Neuropsychological evaluation Austin / ADHD evaluation Austin / Autism evaluation Austin Equivalent "...testing..." and "...near me" searches count toward the same keyword cluster. Keyword variations within the same cluster are considered interchangeable and qualify as a single milestone. What We're Looking For We want someone who can answer one question: "How are you going to move our existing TMS and Neurofeedback service pages onto Page 1 of Google's organic search results?" When applying, please include: Two examples of healthcare or medical websites you successfully ranked in Google's organic search results. The specific local keywords you ranked. The approximate timeframe it took to achieve those rankings. A brief explanation of the strategy you used to move those pages into Google's Top 10. If your proposal focuses primarily on Google Business Profile optimization, technical SEO audits, blog writing, or generic SEO packages, it is unlikely to be a good fit for this project.
