We are looking for an experienced advertising copywriter with a proven ability to create copy that generates engagement, enquiries, leads, and sales. This is not a general content-writing role. We need someone who understands how to write persuasive, platform-specific copy for paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, organic social content, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns. You must be able to demonstrate that your copy has contributed to measurable results such as improved click-through rates, stronger engagement, lower acquisition costs, more qualified leads, or increased conversions. What You Will Help With • Write persuasive copy for Facebook and Instagram advertisements and posts • Create Google Search Ad headlines and descriptions • Develop copy for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other campaign platforms • Write engaging organic social media posts • Create hooks, headlines, calls to action, and promotional messages • Turn client services into clear, compelling offers • Write copy for lead-generation forms and campaign landing pages • Develop different copy angles for audience and creative testing • Rewrite underperforming advertisements • Adapt messages for different customer groups and stages of awareness • Support retargeting, promotional, and conversion campaigns • Maintain a consistent client voice across advertisements and social content This Is a Performance Copywriting Role The successful candidate must be able to do more than write polished or creative content. Your copy should be designed to: • Stop people from scrolling • Capture attention quickly • Create curiosity and interest • Communicate value clearly • Address customer needs and objections • Encourage comments, shares, clicks, enquiries, or purchases • Move prospects toward the next stage of the customer journey • Support measurable campaign and business results Applicants whose experience is limited to general blog writing, basic caption writing, or brand content without conversion-focused advertising experience may not be suitable. However, you should be able to explain your contribution and how your copy influenced the result.
