Summary

Overview We are looking for a sharp, conversion-focused "Performance Creative Designer" to completely re-architect our application display ad creative. We are moving away from an agency design that feels clinical, structurally flat, and heavily reliant on generic lifestyle stock photography. This contract is not a minor design tweak or a copy-paste resize job. You will be using our underlying product imagery and asset pieces to build a sleek, premium software aesthetic from scratch. Core Design Directives 1. Eliminate Side-by-Side Squashing: Do not mechanically split the canvas into text on one side and a square picture on the other. Layouts must scale naturally without flattening or crowding text blocks. 2. Purge Lifestyle Stock Imagery: Our ad creative must lean into high-fidelity UI elements, technical readouts, and software data screens. The app interface should be the hero, not generic pictures of office spaces or airport terminals. 3. Fix Legibility Over Complex Backdrops: No heavy typography layered raw over busy photographic details. Text elements must sit on clean, high-contrast, distraction-free sections. 4. Implement Glassmorphism for Data Pop-outs: Use precise, modern glassmorphism (subtle transparency, background blur, and fine micro-borders) on contextual UI highlights to give the layout a premium tech feel. Required Deliverables & Channels You will deliver clean, high-resolution final assets tailored for programmatic display networks and Google Performance Max pools. We will provide a completed copy layout (no Lorem Ipsum) and our image assets for you to work with. You must build and optimize layouts for the following 7 channels: - 300 × 600 px (Half Page) - 970 × 250 px (Billboard) - 300 × 250 px (Medium Rectangle) - 728 × 90 px (Leaderboard) - 320 × 50 px (Mobile Leaderboard) - 160 × 600 px (Wide Skyscraper) - 160 × 160 px (Square Button) How to Apply Please provide brief examples of previous ad campaigns or SaaS banner sets you have built where complex technical data or app interfaces were highlighted cleanly.
