AI Performance Creative Operator — Founder Content → Meta Ads (UGC + AI) Overview We’re a DTC brand that runs on founder content. Our founder records long iPhone videos, often 1–2 hours, unpolished and unscripted, and we turn them into a high volume of testable Meta ad creatives. We need an AI-native operator to run that engine. You’d be making ads for our brand, not for outside clients. Read this carefully, because it filters most applicants out. Yes, you’ll edit, but this is performance editing, not filmmaking. We do not care about cinematic polish, motion graphics, fancy transitions, or agency awards. We care about hooks, angles, speed, and how the ad performs. The footage is imperfect on purpose. A 3-hour session might yield only ~20 usable minutes. Most of what you get is throwaway, that’s normal. You won’t be scrubbing hours of raw video by hand: you’ll run it through a clipping tool, quickly spot the clips worth using, and build ads from those. We make the final call on what runs; you give us a strong, varied shortlist of finished ads to choose from. If you think in hooks, angles, and throughput and you can edit fast to match, keep reading. The workflow you’ll run 1. Ingest founder footage. We send you the long iPhone recording. That’s the only source footage, no interviews, podcasts, or studio shoots. 2. Chop it into clips. Run the footage through a clipping tool to break it into short candidate clips. 3. Review and keep the winners. Watch the clips and quickly decide which are worth building into ads. Most won’t make the cut, and that’s fine. Use any AI clip rating as a first-pass signal, then your own judgment. 4. Edit into finished Meta ads. Cut, caption, pace, and assemble the winning clips into complete, ready-to-run ads, with multiple hook and opening variations. 5. Add AI scroll-stoppers. Create attention-grabbing first-three-second openers (pattern interrupts, visual hooks) that transition cleanly into the founder/UGC footage. The handoff has to feel native, not bolted on. 6. Scale winners with AI. For strong angles, generate AI avatars and AI UGC variations to multiply that angle, customer-style reactions, problem/solution demos, lifestyle scenarios, product-usage examples, visual proof. The objective is not to make random AI videos. It’s to take messaging that works and multiply it into testable ads. Tools, use what works, and we’ll cover what you’re missing We are tool-agnostic. We care about the result finished Meta ads from raw footage, not which software you use to get there. Use the tools you already work in. Here are the kinds of tools the job involves, so you know the territory: 1. Clipping (long video → short clips): e.g., Opus Clip, Vizard, Reap, Descript 2. Editing / assembly (the real work): e.g., CapCut 3. AI video generation (UGC variations): e.g., Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling 4. AI avatars / talking-head: e.g., HeyGen If you don’t already pay for a tool the job needs, that is not a reason to skip applying. Tell us what you need and we’ll either give you access or cover the subscription. We’d rather provide the right tool than lose a great operator over a $20/month app. What we provide 1. The raw iPhone footage (long and imperfect) 2. Product information and existing winning ads 3. Creative examples and asset / B-roll libraries 4. Access to or reimbursement for whatever paid tools the job requires Must have 1. Ability to use whatever tools are needed to turn long, imperfect footage into finished Meta ads 2. Fluent with a fast editor (e.g., CapCut) and comfortable with a clipping tool 3. Experience producing Meta ad creatives and UGC-style ads 4. Good instinct for which clips are worth using and what makes a hook land 5. Ability to create AI 3-second scroll-stoppers that transition seamlessly into the footage 6. Comfortable with high volume, discarding most clips and moving fast Nice to have 1. Hands-on with AI video generation (Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling) and avatar tools (HeyGen) 2. Experience using AI-generated video inside paid social ads (not just demos) Engagement & how we pay This is ongoing, project-based work paid per batch (fixed price, paid by milestone, not hourly). One “batch” is a defined unit of output, so you always know exactly what’s expected and what you’ll be paid. Numbers below are our starting defaults, adjust to your real batch size before posting. One batch = 10 finished, ready-to-run Meta ads built from one founder recording, including: 3–4 distinct ad angles 2–3 hook / opening variations per angle 3 AI 3-second scroll-stoppers 3–5 AI UGC variations on the strongest angle(s) Terms: - Turnaround: 1 batch within 3–4 days of receiving footage - Volume: ~1–2 batches per week to start, scaling up if it’s working - Revisions: 1 revision round included per batch - Pay: $75 per batch, paid on approval of the milestone You select, we decide: you deliver a strong, varied batch; we choose what runs. Volume and consistency matter as much as any single standout. If a batch structure doesn’t fit how you work, tell us how you’d prefer to scope and price it. Trial test A short test that mirrors the real job. We want finished ads, not loose components. 1. Inputs: one long iPhone recording (1–2 hours), a product page, and an asset library. 2. Deliverables within 48 hours: 5 finished, ready-to-run Meta ads built from the footage, fully edited, captioned, with a scroll-stopper opener and a CTA 3. 3 AI UGC variations on the strongest angle One line per ad explaining why you chose that clip/angle (so we can see your judgment) 4. We evaluate on: ad quality (could we actually run it?), angle selection, scroll-stopper execution, quality of AI assets, throughput, and responsiveness. Please answer these questions: 1. Workflow: How would you turn a 1–2 hour raw, imperfect iPhone recording into 10 finished Meta ads? Which tools would you use at each step? 2. Judgment: When your clipping tool spits out 30 candidate clips, how do you decide which 5 are worth building into ads? Where do you trust an AI rating and where do you override it? 3. AI experience: Describe a specific time you used AI-generated video (avatars, Seedance, etc.) inside a paid social ad. What happened? 4. Scroll-stoppers: How do you build a 3-second AI opener that stops the scroll and hands off cleanly into founder footage? 5. Throughput & price: How many finished ads can you produce per week, and what would you charge per batch as defined above? 6. Portfolio: Share examples of founder-led ads, Meta ads, UGC-style ads, and AI assisted ad creatives. The ideal candidate Editing is a real part of this job, but it’s in service of performance, not polish. The footage we give you is long and imperfect; your value is moving fast through the clips, keeping the ones worth using, and turning them into a high volume of Meta ad variations using both the source footage and AI-generated UGC. We’d take a sharp angle in a fast, simple edit over a beautiful edit of a weak angle every time.
