📌 Overview We’re a fast-growing wellness brand focused on immune health, and we’re looking for a performance-driven creative producer to help us produce high-converting ad creatives at scale. This is not a typical content creator role. Your focus is: 🎯 Creating ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions — not just views ⸻ 🎬 What You’ll Be Doing 1. Ad Creative Production (Core Focus) • Produce 8–15 ad creatives per week • UGC-style videos (primary) • Short-form video ads (15–45s) • Static image variations (secondary) • Create multiple variations from one concept: • Different hooks (first 3 seconds) • Different angles / messaging • Different formats ⸻ 2. Video Editing & UGC Handling • Work with: • Raw UGC footage • Testimonials • Founder videos • Edit into engaging, high-converting ads: • Strong hooks • Clear storytelling • Fast pacing ⸻ 3. AI-Assisted Creative Workflow • Use AI tools to improve speed and output, such as: • Video editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) • AI voiceovers (e.g. ElevenLabs) • Script / hook generation (e.g. ChatGPT) • Subtitle tools (e.g. VEED) • We care more about output and speed, not which tools you use ⸻ 4. Content Repurposing (Secondary) • Turn ads into: • Instagram posts / Reels • TikTok / YouTube Shorts • Adapt existing content — not create from scratch ⸻ 🧠 What We’re Looking For Must-Have: • Experience creating DTC ad creatives (Meta / TikTok style) • Strong understanding of: • Hooks (first 3 seconds) • Attention-grabbing edits • Conversion-focused storytelling • Ability to produce content quickly and consistently ⸻ Nice-to-Have: • Experience in: • Health / wellness / supplements • Familiarity with: • Performance metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.) • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflow ⸻ 🚀 What Success Looks Like • Consistent output of 8–15 creatives per week • Ability to turn 1 idea into multiple variations • Improved ad performance over time (CTR, conversions) • Fast turnaround and responsiveness to feedback 💰 Budget Open to: • Per creative pricing • Monthly retainer (based on output) ⚠️ Application Instructions (Important) To be considered, please: 1.
