Performance-Focused Digital Marketer (Prove It, Then Lead)

Job Description: We’re hiring a digital marketer who knows how to drive real results — not just go through the motions. Our businesses span home improvement, legal, and medical services — all competitive spaces where marketing has to deliver sales and leads, not just impressions or engagement. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy and execution. That means knowing what’s working now across paid ads, SEO, social media, email, funnels, and more — and being able to apply that knowledge to generate measurable results. This is a hands-on role to start. If you can prove you generate results, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and build a team beneath you. ⸻ We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has real experience running profitable campaigns — not just certifications • Focuses on sales, leads, and conversions — not vague KPIs • Understands current tools, platforms, and trends across digital channels • Can work independently, solve problems, and clearly explain their strategy • Has worked in high-CPC, service-based industries (preferred) ⸻ Not a Fit If You: • Outsource your work or rely on AI shortcuts • Can’t show concrete campaign results you personally delivered • Talk more about “strategy” and “process” than outcomes • Are new to digital marketing or still learning the basics ⸻ To Apply: Include: 1.
