Summary

We are looking for a performance-focused landing page and funnel specialist to help us build and test paid-media-specific funnels. This is not a general website conversion rate optimization role. We are looking for someone who understands paid traffic, direct-response landing pages, presell pages, quiz or multi-step funnels, and fast MVP testing. The goal is to improve paid media performance by creating landing pages and funnels that help increase signup rate, checkout progression, paid conversion rate, and CPA efficiency. About the Project We operate in the NSFW AI companion / AI roleplay space, so comfort with adult or dating-style performance marketing is important. We will provide a clear brief on Day 1, including: • Product context • Target user • Traffic source or campaign context • Existing pages/funnels • Business goal • Tracking requirements • Brand and compliance constraints We are not looking for a long discovery phase. We are looking for someone who can quickly turn a defined paid media brief into MVP landing pages or funnels. What You’ll Do • Create paid media landing pages and funnels • Build source/campaign-specific presell pages, static pages, or multi-step funnels • Write direct-response copy and structure conversion paths • Build or coordinate MVP pages quickly • Set up pages with proper tracking • Work from a defined brief and move quickly into execution • Provide simple readouts and recommendations based on early performance Tools You may use our internal Funnel Tool, our CMS/static page setup, or your own landing page/funnel tool if that helps move faster. The requirements are: • We review and approve before launch • Tracking, and traffic routing are clean • Pages can handle paid traffic • Page speed is acceptable • Brand and compliance requirements are followed We care more about speed, quality, and measurable learning than which tool is used. Paid Pilot Expectations This will begin as a short paid pilot. First 2 Days By the end of the first 2 days, we expect: • Review the provided brief and ask only essential clarification questions • Produce the first 1–2 funnel/lander concepts based on the assigned direction • Provide a clear hypothesis for each funnel or lander • Draft the page/funnel structure, copy direction, and intended conversion path • Confirm the build approach • Begin building the first approved funnel or lander End of Week 1 By the end of Week 1, we expect: • At least 2 funnels or landers live with traffic • Each live funnel documented with: o Assigned traffic source/campaign o Funnel hypothesis o Control or comparison page, if applicable o Primary success metric o Secondary metric o Tracking links o Decision rule: scale, iterate, or stop • Any blockers or dependencies clearly flagged early End of Week 2 By the end of Week 2, we expect: • 5 additional funnels or landers live or ready for traffic • Each funnel aligned to the provided source, campaign, geo, or angle brief • Each funnel documented with hypothesis, traffic source, KPI, tracking, launch status, and decision rule • Early readout on any funnels already receiving traffic • Recommended next iterations based on early performance or funnel learnings Ideal Experience Strong candidates should have experience with: • Paid traffic landing pages • Direct-response funnels • Presell pages or advertorials • Quiz or multi-step funnels • CPA/CPL/RevShare performance marketing • Affiliate or paid media funnel optimization • Landing page A/B testing • Conversion copywriting • Working with media buyers • Optimizing for signup rate, paid conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, EPC, or revenue per visitor Experience in dating, adult, AI companion, gaming, sweepstakes, Nutra, lead gen, subscription products, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing agencies is highly relevant. What We Are Evaluating During the pilot, we are evaluating: • Speed from brief to live funnel • Quality of hooks, angles, copy, and conversion paths • Ability to execute against a defined paid media brief • Ability to work with imperfect data • Ability to launch without overcomplicating the process • Quality of test setup and readouts • Collaboration with media buying To Apply Please include: 1.
