Performance Ad Manager — Australian Property Software

We are Australia's referral-powered property platform — free for consumers, with revenue from agent subscriptions and settlement/finance partnerships. We need a paid media manager with Australian-market experience to grow both sides of the marketplace: consumer sign-ups and paying real-estate-agent subscriptions. What you'll own: Build/optimize Meta, Google, and other relevant AU campaigns Drive consumer sign-ups and agent subscription conversions Full-funnel optimization with clear CAC and conversion targets Weekly reporting on sign-ups, CAC, conversions, and ROAS Must-have: Proven paid-acquisition results in the Australian market Marketplace or proptech/real-estate experience strongly preferred Experience driving both consumer growth and B2B subscription sign-ups Data-driven, revenue-focused optimization In your proposal, include: AU campaigns/brands you've run, the results, and any proptech/marketplace experience.
