Performance Ad Manager — Peptide & GLP-1 Wellness (Brazil)

We're scaling a peptide/GLP-1 wellness brand in Brazil and need a paid media manager to drive sign-ups from Brazilian consumers. Conversion-first role — measured in qualified sign-ups at a sustainable cost per acquisition. What you'll own: Build and optimize Meta and Google campaigns (plus relevant local channels) targeting Brazilian audiences Portuguese-native ad copy and creative direction aligned to the Brazil market Full-funnel optimization from ad to sign-up, including Pix/local checkout considerations Weekly reporting on spend, CPL/CPA, sign-ups, and ROAS Must-have: Native Brazilian Portuguese and proven paid-acquisition experience for the Brazil market Familiarity with health/wellness advertising compliance in Brazil — including ANVISA considerations and platform health policies (note: our messaging uses branded GLP-1 only; we do not promote compounded products) Track record of efficient sign-up/lead generation at scale Data-driven creative testing In your proposal, include: Brazilian brands/campaigns you've run, the results, and how you handle health-category compliance for the Brazil market.
