Performance Marketer to Build Growth Strategy for Live Streaming Platform

We're launching a live streaming platform and need an experienced performance marketer to build our entire user-acquisition strategy from the ground up. There is no existing funnel, tracking, or campaigns yet — this is a complete build, so we need someone who can architect the foundation, not just run ads on top of an existing setup. What we need: A full audit of our platform's user journey and conversion points (registration → activation → first purchase → repeat) A documented, end-to-end growth strategy: which channels to prioritise, budget tiers, and a phased rollout plan Recommendation of the most effective paid channels for our audience and target regions Full conversion tracking and analytics setup (GA4 + tracker/postback), verified before any spend goes live Launch and management of initial test campaigns with tight segmentation Optimisation toward the lowest cost-per-conversion, with clear weekly reporting Deliverables: A written growth/acquisition strategy document (channel rationale, tracking architecture, test plan, phased roadmap) Working, verified conversion tracking with live test data Initial campaigns launched, plus a weekly performance report (spend, CPA, conversion rate, optimisation actions) Requirements: Proven experience building paid acquisition for online platforms, ideally streaming, subscription, or content-based products Strong command of ad-network setup, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking Metrics-driven approach — primary KPI is free-to-paid conversion, not just sign-up volume Comfortable building from zero rather than optimising an existing system Good written English for ongoing communication Timescale: Initial foundation phase of 1–2 weeks (audit, tracking, strategy), followed by campaign launch and scaling based on results.
