Performance Marketer + CRO Specialist (Meta Ads + Landing Pages) — Ongoing, D2C Brand

ABOUT US We're FUNPUNCH, a fast-growing D2C brand (think fun, high-energy physical product — 300k+ units sold). We run significant Meta ad spend and we're scaling hard. We're looking for one person to own the full click-to-purchase loop: MEDIA BUYING ON META, Creating Pre-landers AND A/B testing. WHY ONE ROLE Meta now automates most of the mechanical side of buying. The real skill is judgment — steering spend toward profit, reading the account correctly, and knowing which creative scales — plus making the landing experience convert. We want one owner of the whole funnel, not two people pointing fingers. With AI tools, a sharp operator can genuinely run both. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Meta ads: campaign structure, launching, scaling/cutting, weekly performance reporting - Reading the account: diagnosing ROAS shifts (creative fatigue vs saturation vs tracking) and acting on it - Pre-landers + landing pages: building and A/B testing pages that match the ad and convert - Main PDP testing and our website (new products, banners, on-site optimisation) - The number that matters: blended ROAS and conversion rate WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You've run real Meta ad accounts and can show results (not just "launched campaigns") - Strong with numbers — you think in CPA, ROAS, margin, and unit economics, not just clicks - Hands-on CRO experience: you've built and tested landing pages / pre-landers before - Fluent with AI tools for fast execution (page building, copy, creative iteration) - A good eye for branding — our pages and ads have to feel premium, not generic - Self-directed and analytical — you spot problems in the data before we do DETAILS - Ongoing, long-term role (not a one-off project) — looking for someone to grow with the brand - ~$2-6k/month to start (with comission bonus), with room to grow as you prove the funnel economics - You'll work closely with our marketing lead and creative team TO APPLY Don't send a generic pitch. Tell us: (1) an ad account you've run and the actual result, (2) a landing page or pre-lander you built and what it did to conversion, and (3) how you'd diagnose a sudden 30% ROAS drop.
