Performance Marketer (Meta + Google + TikTok) — Dubai Real Estate — Immediate Start

We're a Dubai real estate and corporate-services group running active paid campaigns. We're looking for an exceptionally talented and experienced performance marketer to take over our live campaigns, lift lead quality, and bring real automation to how we capture and respond to leads. If you're sharp, available now, and can prove your results, this is a fast start. Read before applying — hard requirements: You must have hands-on experience running ads on Meta, Google, AND TikTok, and experience in UAE real estate. If you have no UAE real estate experience, or you can't show records — previous accounts, ROI, ROAS, real numbers — please do not apply. We will not consider proposals that can't back up the claims. What you'll do: Review and take over our live Meta and TikTok campaigns Fix targeting, structure, audiences, and creative testing to lower cost per lead and raise quality Check and clean conversion tracking (Meta pixel, GA4, conversion events) Improve lead quality, not just volume — we sell property and corporate services Build automation into our lead response — faster, smarter follow-up to incoming leads Report weekly: spend, leads, cost per lead, ROAS, and exactly what you changed and why You must have: Proven paid-campaign results with real numbers you can show (accounts, ROI, ROAS, CPL) Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, AND TikTok Ads — you build and optimize yourself UAE real estate experience (mandatory, not preferred) Strong conversion tracking, analytics, and lead-automation skills Excellent English and fast communication To apply — answer these (we ignore generic proposals): Largest monthly ad budget you've personally managed, on which platforms?
