This role exists because we're building the opposite of that. --- **The Opportunity** We're a fast-moving direct-to-consumer e-commerce company operating multiple brands across health and supplements categories in Europe, the US, and beyond. We're profitable. We're growing. We're at the inflection point where most operators stall — and we're choosing to scale instead. We don't do slow. We test fast, kill fast, scale what wins. We don't tolerate mediocrity. We pay seriously for people who deliver. Most companies hire B-players because they're easier to find. We don't. We hire one A-player and pay them what three B-players would cost. **The Role** We're hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition across our brand portfolio — Meta and Pinterest. This is not a media buyer role. This is a senior performance role. You own the full function: - Daily media buying decisions across multiple brands - Briefing the creative pipeline (editors, designers) on what to ship next - Weekly performance reports direct to the founder - Owning ROAS, CAC, LTV targets across the portfolio - Killing what's bleeding. Scaling what's winning. Two steps ahead of the market. *(Google Shopping is handled by a dedicated Google specialist. Your focus is 100% Meta + Pinterest.)* You report directly to the founder. You don't wait for instructions. You make the calls. You own the outcomes. **What You'll Do** Daily - Kill bad ads, pause failing campaigns, scale winners - Approve only high-performing creatives before launch - Brief the creative pipeline on what to ship next (specific ad concepts, hooks, angles) - Maintain full overview of what's working across all brands - Generate new ad-set concepts — 2-5 per winning product weekly - Keep CRM clean — no killed status without winner tag Weekly - Monday: meeting prep — funnel ideas, winner review, fix unprofitables, KPI check - Wednesday: meeting prep — what worked, what didn't, new angles - Thursday: full performance report to founder + hold team accountable on KPIs - Saturday: scale priorities + best sellers check across Meta and Pinterest - Oversee email & SMS retention campaigns alongside retention manager Monthly - Quarterly creative refresh strategy - New brand launch support when portfolio expands - Mentor the Ads Launcher and creative team **What We're Looking For** Must-haves - Minimum 3 years running paid media for DTC e-commerce brands - Proven Meta Ads experience scaling brands at 7-figure monthly ad spend - Pinterest Ads experience — campaign structure, audience testing, scaling - Real numbers from real work — you can show screenshots of ROAS, spend, revenue from accounts you personally managed - You understand unit economics deeply — ROAS, margins, contribution profit, LTV - Experience briefing creative teams (not just running what others made) - Fluent English — written and spoken - Experience inside fast-paced remote teams Character - You make decisions fast and own them - You think in systems, not one-off fixes - You hold yourself and your team accountable without being asked - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Coachable but confident — you push back when you have a better answer - You don't need motivation — you ARE the motivation **This Is NOT For You If:** - You need someone to tell you what to do every day - You don't understand e-commerce margins and unit economics - You can't handle managing multiple brands simultaneously - You're an agency person looking to do this part-time - You think "performance marketing" is just pressing buttons - You can't show real numbers from real accounts **What You Get** - Performance-based compensation that reflects what you bring to the table - Fully remote, work from anywhere - Direct line to the founder, no middle management - Direct impact on a multi-brand portfolio scaling across Europe and the US - A lean, high-performance team where results are rewarded immediately - Fast career growth — this role has a direct line to CMO responsibilities as we scale - Annual team retreats in locations the team actually wants to be in **Why This Role Won't Be Open Long** We hire one Performance Marketer at this seniority level.
