Performance Marketer Needed to Revive Profitable Online Course Business

We’re looking for a growth-focused performance marketer with strong Meta ads experience and understanding of funnels and email conversion to reactivate and scale a previously profitable online course business that has been inactive for the past 12–18 months. This is NOT a brand awareness role. We are focused on driving revenue quickly and efficiently. Your role: - Audit existing funnels and ad account (if needed) - Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns - Identify winning creatives, audiences, and offers - Optimise for conversions and profitability - Work towards consistent monthly revenue within 60–90 days Ideal experience: - Proven results running Meta ads for online courses / digital products - Strong understanding of funnels, conversion rates, and ROAS - Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions - Experience reactivating or scaling previously successful offers is a bonus Project scope: - 1–3 months initial engagement - Potential for performance-based incentives or extended work We’re looking for someone who can take ownership and get results, not someone who needs constant direction.
