About Tiami We're looking for a freelance paid media specialist to own our advertising across Meta, Instagram, and Google. We're a small, lean team, so while this is a freelance role, we're not looking for a typical agency or set-it-and-forget-it contractor. We want someone who's genuinely in it with us and operates like an extension of the team. Right now we're having trouble reaching our audience efficiently and we have a conversion problem to solve. We need someone who can come in, audit what's running, rebuild our campaigns the right way, and drive efficient, profitable revenue. The right person is in the accounts multiple times a day, optimizing in real time, and bringing us recommendations and insights before we have to ask. If you're a freelancer who's willing to get in the weeds with the team, and you want the autonomy to make decisions on the fly and optimize because we trust you to, this is for you. We're after someone analytical and decisive who's constantly looking for what we can do better and proactively acting on it, a true active participant in driving revenue. This is not for you if you need to be micromanaged, if you're not a self-starter, or if you're going to wait for us to tell you where the problems are. What You'll Do Audit our existing campaigns and account structure Build and launch efficient campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and Google Ads Drive efficient revenue and solve our conversion challenges Reach and connect with our target audience more effectively Test creative variations rigorously and use the data to improve performance Help produce creative, using a thoughtful mix of human design and AI, never AI alone Optimize campaigns in real time, monitoring and adjusting throughout the day Proactively surface insights, problems, and recommendations to the team What We're Looking For Proven experience driving efficient, profitable revenue through paid media Deep expertise in Meta, Instagram, and Google Ads Strong creative judgment and the ability to direct and produce high-quality creative Experience marketing premium or luxury products [preferred] A genuine self-starter who wants to be embedded with a lean team, not run things from a distance Comfort owning a channel end to end and operating as a true partner
