About Us We create personalized songs that people give as gifts, for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and "just because" moments. It's an emotional, highly shareable product, and we're looking for a performance marketer who can turn that emotional pull into profitable, scalable customer acquisition. The Role We need a hands-on performance marketer to own our paid acquisition across (Meta, TikTok). You'll launch campaigns, test creative and audiences, manage budget against clear ROAS/CPA targets, and scale what works. This is a results-driven, engagement, and we care about one thing above all: profitable growth. What You'll Do - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) - Run a structured creative testing program — concepts, hooks, formats — and brief our creative/UGC accordingly - Define and manage audiences, budgets, and bidding to hit target ROAS / CPA - Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels/CAPI, UTMs, and clean attribution - Monitor performance daily, scale winners, and kill losers fast - Report weekly on spend, ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV — with clear insights and next steps - Identify scaling opportunities and new channels (e.g., Pinterest, YouTube) as we grow - Plan around seasonal gifting peaks (Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day, Christmas, etc.) You're a Great Fit If You Have 3+ years running paid acquisition for DTC / e-commerce brands with real budget responsibility A track record of profitably scaling spend (please share specific ROAS/CPA results you've driven) Deep hands-on expertise in at least two of: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads Strong command of tracking and attribution (Meta CAPI, GA4, server-side tracking, UTMs) A creative-led mindset — you know creative is the biggest lever in paid social A habit of making decisions from data Clear, proactive communication and a sense of ownership Nice to Have Experience with emotional / gifting / impulse-purchase products Experience briefing UGC creators and short-form video Email/SMS or CRO experience to complement paid To Apply Please include: Start your proposal with the word "SONG" so we know you read this in full. 2–3 examples of brands you've run paid for, including the channel, budget range, and the ROAS/CPA results you achieved.
