**Performance Marketer for E-Commerce Brand (Global Markets)** We're an fast growing e-commerce brand preparing to scale paid acquisition globally specially across Tier-1 international markets (US, UK, CA, AU). We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to own and grow our paid channels. **What you'll do:** - Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads - Own the full funnel: from ad creative testing to landing page conversion - Manage budgets efficiently with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV - Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events correctly (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) - Run structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, and offers - Report on performance weekly with clear, actionable insights **You're a great fit if you have:** - Excellent experience in running profitable paid campaigns for D2C / e-commerce brands - Proven track record scaling Shopify stores (please share specifics) - Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization - Experience with global markets (a plus) - Excellent communication and a self-starter mindset **To apply, please include:** 1. 2–3 case studies with before/after metrics (spend, ROAS, revenue) 2.
