Performance Marketer for an EdTech Startup

We're building an exciting EdTech platform, targeting solopreneurs across the globe. We need help building the entire paid acquisition engine from zero, and we need the person who builds it to actually know how. We don’t want someone who's tweaked budgets on an account someone else set up. We need someone who has experience initiating a digital B2C customer acquisition strategy, from setting up ads managers, building the audience, the funnel, the tracking and the tests, and with a track record of success. If that's you, we want to talk. The job, honestly You'll design and launch tightly targeted, niche paid campaigns (not broad-reach spray and pray) You'll build proper conversion tracking and attribution from day one You'll run real A/B tests and interpret the results honestly to optimise ad spend You'll own Customer Acquisition Cost as your north star metric, alongside lead conversion rates You decide what content the strategy needs, then advise on the most appropriate content creation options If you have experience creating high-converting content, that’s a plus but not a requirement What you'll get Flexible, remote-first working Potential to join the founding team full-time if you achieve success Location: fully remote, open to all geographies Founder team based in Dubai
