QuickSync is a SaaS product that helps online merchants connect their stores and keep products synced across marketplaces — no manual updates, no mismatched inventory. We're past product-market fit signals (hundreds of connected stores, paying customers, an active trial base) and now we want to scale acquisition the right way. Here's the honest picture, because we want someone who's energized by it: - Top of funnel is healthy — our website converts visitors to signups at ~7% (above the typical 2–5% SaaS range). We don't just want more traffic. We want someone who can scale paid acquisition and fix the leaks between signup and paid, so every dollar in compounds. What you'll own: - Plan, launch, and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google (Search, PMax, retargeting) with clear CAC and payback targets - Own the full funnel: ad → landing page → signup → activation → trial → paid, and find where it breaks - Run CRO on landing pages, signup flow, and onboarding to lift activation and trial-to-paid - Build a simple, trustworthy reporting view (CAC, conversion at each stage, ROAS, payback) and tell us what it means - Design and run experiments — creative, audiences, offers, onboarding nudges — and double down on what works - Flag instrumentation/tracking gaps when the data doesn't add up (we know we have a couple) - You're a great fit if you - Have a proven track record scaling SaaS or subscription products profitably (please bring numbers) - Think in full-funnel terms, not just clicks and impressions — you care about activated and paying users - Are fluent in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, plus analytics (GA4) and CRO tooling - Can read a funnel, spot the bottleneck, and prioritize the highest-leverage fix - Communicate clearly and work independently — you tell us what to do, not just wait for instructions Nice to have: - Experience marketing to e-commerce merchants, Shopify/marketplace ecosystem, or developer/technical buyers - Hands-on with onboarding/lifecycle tools (e.g. Customer.io) and email/lifecycle marketing - Comfort with a/b testing tools and basic landing-page building Engagement - Ongoing hourly contract. We're looking for a long-term partner, not a one-off campaign. Start part-time so we can prove fit together, then scale hours and budget as the numbers work. Budget for a senior expert ($40–100+/hr depending on track record). To apply, please include: 1.
