Performance Marketing Partner (Commission Based) Summary We are launching a new high-ticket brand and need a proven expert to drive profitable sales from day one. This is a commission-only partnership for serious professionals. The Role: You will be responsible for launching and scaling profitable advertising campaigns for a new, conversion-optimized store. You will be given a verified, high-margin product (~$1,500+ retail price) Compensation Structure (Commission Only - No Base Salary): Subscribers / Week Commission % 2–5 20% 6–12 Subscribers / Week Commission 25% 11-15 +30% (capped) 16–20 30% +$1,000 21–25 30% +$2,000 26+ 30% +$3,000 · Paid weekly · Resets every Monday · Ad budget scales with performance · No cap on volume — you can keep earning 30% on every sub above 11 Requirements (READ CAREFULLY - APPLICATIONS WITHOUT THIS WILL BE REJECTED): 1. Proven experience launching new products/stores and generating sales immediately (within the first week). 2. MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF SCALING: Submit ONE screenshot or documented example showing a product/store you managed where: · Starting point: Ad spend was under $1,000/week with consistent sales · Scaling point: 30-60 days later, ad spend grew to $2,000+/week · ROAS maintained: Minimum 3x return sustained throughout the scale 3. Ability to launch initial, profit-focused campaigns within 48 hours of receiving store access. 4. This is a results-driven, commission-only position. You must be confident in your ability to perform and scale. 5. Show me proof of launching a new product and generating at least 2 sales on $500 or less in Week 1. Preferably 3-5. Walk me through your exact actions hour-by-hour for the first 48 hours. What are you checking, launching, and optimizing? You're 10 days into a launch. You had 4 sales in Week 1 on $500 spend (9x ROAS). Week 2 you increase budget to $1,500 and ROAS drops to 3x. What do you do in the next 48 hours to fix it? You have a $1,500 product with a clear premium angle. How do you approach creative testing in the first 7 days? Walk me through the types of ads you'd produce and why. Describe the exact process you use to build a cold audience for a brand new high-ticket store with zero pixel data
