PAID ACQUISITION Performance Marketer. Meta & Google Ads. Freelance / Contract · Remote · PeelAways ABOUT PEELAWAYS (peelaways.com) Hi, I'm Ibrahim, CMO at PeelAways. We make multi-layer disposable waterproof fitted sheets for incontinence care. We've served 28,000+ customers, appeared on Shark Tank, and were featured on Good Morning America. We sell on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. We're rebuilding our marketing function and looking for a sharp, accountable freelancer who wants full ownership of a channel, not a task list. THE ROLE We need someone who will take complete ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads for PeelAways. That means strategy, creative briefs, campaign structure, audience targeting, attribution, budget pacing, reporting, and fixing what breaks. You're not executing someone else's plan. You're building and owning yours. We are a DTC eCommerce brand in the healthcare/caregiving space. Our customers are primarily women aged 40-65+, caring for aging loved ones. Our product solves a deeply emotional and physical problem. Understanding that will make or break your performance here. We have existing ad accounts with campaign history. Our ads are currently paused. You'll be picking up where things left off, auditing what's there, and taking it forward. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Full strategy and execution across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads - Campaign architecture: ad sets, audiences, bidding strategy, and budget allocation - Creative direction and briefs for ad creatives. You can work with your own designer or with ours - Attribution setup, tracking integrity, and pixel/conversion event health - Reporting on ROAS, CAC, and all other important metrics and KPIs - CRO: landing page performance is your problem too. You should be obsessed with conversion rate, offer structure, and the full post-click experience - Communicate with the team member that runs lifecyecle marketing (Email & SMS), and make sure everything is optimized for conversions short, mid, and long-term, and it's all working as intended. - Structured testing cadence with clear hypotheses and documented learnings - Budget pacing and spend governance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven track record running paid media for DTC eCommerce brands, not just lead gen or B2B - Deep understanding of Meta's current ad ecosystem (post-Andromeda, broad targeting, Advantage+) - Google Ads experience across Shopping, Performance Max, and Search - Strong grasp of attribution: you know when last-click is lying to you - Ability to write smart, creative briefs that produce converting ads - Someone who treats their clients' money like their own Clear, direct communicator. No fluff, no vanity metrics HOW TO APPLY Don't send a generic cover letter. Tell me: 1. A specific DTC brand you've run paid media for. Share results (ROAS, CAC, scale) and what you actually did to get there. If you can share proof of what you've done, brownie points. You might have to show the proof over the live video call as well. 2. Your full game plan for PeelAways. Our ads are currently paused. Walk me through exactly what you'd do from day one: how you'd audit existing campaigns, approach structure (important!) and creative strategy, set budgets, and scale from there. 3. The biggest attribution or tracking problem you've solved for a client. 4. Why you, specifically, should be running this for PeelAways? There are thousands of other.
