Performance Marketing Executive – Google Ads & Shopify

About the Role We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support a well-established international business based in the UAE with over 30 years of industry experience in the Broadcast, Media & Security Systems industry. The main focus of this role will be supporting Google Ads, website performance, Shopify product updates, and digital marketing activities. Social media content creation and basic design support will be considered a strong bonus. The ideal candidate should have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, SEO-friendly product listings, and digital campaign performance tracking. Responsibilities 📈 Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns 📊 Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 🔍 Support SEO improvements across product pages, collection pages, and website content 🛒 Assist with Shopify website updates, content management, and product uploads ✍️ Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, meta titles, and meta descriptions 📦 Support product listing optimization to improve visibility and website quality Bonus tasks: 📱 Assist with social media content planning across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook 🗓️ Support monthly content calendar creation when required 🚀 Schedule and publish social media content when needed 🎨 Basic graphic design support for banners, ads, and social media creatives is a plus Deliverables ✅ Monthly Google Ads review and optimization ✅ Monthly analytics and performance report ✅ Shopify product uploads and SEO optimization when required ✅ Website content updates and product listing improvements ✅ SEO-friendly product descriptions and metadata ✅ Basic social media content support when required as a bonus ✅ Graphic design support for marketing activities as a bonus Bonus Skills ⭐ Social media management ⭐ Graphic design experience ⭐ Basic video editing and reel creation Requirements ✔️ Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics ✔️ Shopify experience or strong willingness to learn ✔️ Understanding of SEO basics and product listing optimization ✔️ Strong written English communication skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ✔️ Social media and graphic design experience is a plus To Apply Please Share: 📈 Examples of Google Ads campaigns you have worked on 📊 Examples of analytics or performance reports you have created 🛒 Shopify experience, especially product uploads or SEO optimization 📱 Examples of social media accounts or content you have managed, if any 🎨 Examples of design work, if available 💵 Confirmation that you are comfortable with the USD 200/month fixed retainer Important 🤝 This is a long-term opportunity with potential for increased scope and compensation based on performance.
