Part-Time - Performance Marketing Expert – Campaign Management + Creative Strategy We are looking for a highly experienced SEM advertising expert to help build and scale paid social campaigns for Facebook/Instagram and TikTok, for a fast-growing digital marketing business. And similar hands-on operational knowledge working inside MSN and Google search/campaign consoles. Our company, Resilion, has deep expertise in SEM/performance advertising, but we are now looking to significantly expand our capabilities with an emphasis on Meta platforms & TikTok. We are seeking someone who not only understands campaign management and optimization, but also has strong instincts around ad creative, competitor intelligence, and what is currently working across the Meta ecosystem. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for the right person. What We Need. We are looking for someone who can: * Has multiple years of hands on experience setting up, getting approval & managing these campaigns across these 3 platforms/consoles * With a focus on Developing, launching, managing, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns * Create and guide ad creative strategy across: * Facebook Feed * Instagram Feed * Reels * Stories * Static image ads * Video ads * UGC-style content * Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify trends, angles, and winning creative approaches * Research what GLP-1 advertisers and other aggressive direct-response brands are doing successfully on Meta * Continuously test audiences, creatives, landing pages, hooks, and offers * Understand performance metrics deeply (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) * Work collaboratively with our internal SEM/performance marketing team * Provide strategic recommendations, not just campaign execution Ideal Candidate You should: * Speak and write English exceptionally well * Have extensive hands-on experience managing Meta ad accounts * Have strong direct-response/performance marketing instincts * Be highly analytical and data-driven * Understand creative psychology and ad angles that convert * Be proactive, organized, and responsive * Have experience with health, wellness, supplements, telehealth, or GLP-1 related campaigns (a major plus) * Be comfortable identifying and studying competitor ad strategies using tools/platforms commonly used in the industry Important We are NOT looking for: * ANY AGENCIES. This is a single contributor role. * A generic social media manager * Someone focused primarily on organic posting * An agency account coordinator with limited hands-on execution experience We ARE looking for: * A true Meta performance marketer * Someone who lives and breathes paid social advertising * Someone who understands the AD approval requirements & both the technical and creative sides of scaling campaigns * Willingness to work close to U.S. time zones for call’s/communications etc To Apply Please include: 1.
