Hi, I’m Dan, founder of Syroscape. We’re a fast-growing marketing agency built for established B2B SaaS companies that already have product–market fit and are ready to scale. We help founders and marketing teams grow without burning out by building better systems around marketing, delivery, and operations. We’ve scaled quickly, our client roster is growing, and paid media is at the center of how we drive pipeline for our clients. I’m now looking for a senior, self-sufficient operator to own that function end to end. This is not a beginner role. About The Role I’m looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our clients’ paid media (strategy, execution, and results) across the channels that matter for B2B SaaS. This is not a pure media-buyer seat. You’ll own the full funnel: from the first impression to the booked demo and the pipeline it generates. You’ll set strategy, build and optimize campaigns, shape (and sometimes create) the creative, and report on the metrics that actually move revenue. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work alongside our existing media buyer / marketing assistant, who supports day-to-day execution — but you’ll be the senior owner who sets direction and is accountable for performance. In this role, you will: 🎯 Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn 🧰 Run B2B-specific channels including Capterra, G2, and YouTube (TikTok a plus) 📊 Own full-funnel reporting and KPIs — from CPL and lead quality through to SQLs, pipeline, CAC, and ROAS 🧪 Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns against revenue, not vanity metrics 🔧 Set up and QA conversion tracking — pixels, GA4, CAPI / server-side, offline conversion imports, and UTMs 🎨 Direct and, when needed, create ad creative — briefing designers and video editors, and using AI tools to produce and iterate copy, images, and video 📈 Build, test, and improve landing pages to lift conversion rates 🧭 Bring strategy and ideas — spot what’s underperforming and propose what to do about it 🤝 Collaborate with and guide our media buyer / marketing assistant on execution 📞 Speak with clients and join calls when needed (a smaller part of the role, but you’ll represent us well) 📁 Keep client accounts, reporting, and documentation clean and up to date Working hours: This is a full-time role. You’ll work US Eastern Time hours — at least 9:00am–5:00pm ET — for full overlap with our US clients. (I’m based in Taiwan, so the team spans time zones, which makes reliable ET overlap essential.) To excel in this role, you need: ✅ 3–5+ years hands-on managing B2B paid media accounts (agency or in-house SaaS) ✅ Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager — you’ve personally built and optimized accounts, not just overseen them ✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B ✅ Experience with B2B intent / review platforms such as Capterra and G2 ✅ Strong command of full-funnel SaaS metrics: CPL, lead quality, MQL→SQL, CAC, LTV:CAC, pipeline, ROAS, payback period, and demo-to-close ✅ Solid conversion tracking skills: pixels, GA4, server-side / CAPI, offline conversion imports from a CRM, UTMs, and GTM ✅ Comfort owning sales-led growth funnels (demo / pipeline focused); product-led growth experience is welcome too ✅ The ability to direct and produce ad creative — copy, image, and video — including with AI tools ✅ Landing page / CRO experience ✅ To operate with a high level of independence — you take initiative, solve problems, and own outcomes ✅ Impeccable written and spoken English — you’ll occasionally be in front of clients and on calls ✅ To reliably work US Eastern hours (at least 9–5 ET) Brownie points: ⭐ TikTok Ads experience in a B2B context ⭐ Product-led growth (PLG) funnel experience ⭐ CRM + ad-platform integration (HubSpot, Salesforce) and offline-conversion feedback loops ⭐ Basic HTML/CSS and Google Tag Manager for landing page and tracking edits ⭐ Experience with attribution / analytics tools beyond GA4 The ideal candidate is a self-starter who owns outcomes. You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and leads. You’re comfortable setting strategy and getting your hands dirty in the ad accounts. You communicate clearly, you’re easy to work with, and you move work forward on your own. You operate with a high level of freedom, and you’re the kind of person we can trust with our clients’ growth — hungry, sharp, and dependable. Location: This is a fully remote role. We’re open to candidates anywhere who can commit to US Eastern hours, with a slight preference for Europe or Latin America for time-zone overlap.
