Performance Marketing Manager for High-Ticket B2B SaaS

We’re hiring a kickass PPC / Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for VoiceDrop, a fast-growing high-ticket B2B telemarketing SaaS company. This is not a “set up some ads and check the dashboard once a week” role. We’re looking for someone who can own paid growth end to end, make sharp decisions with data, and help us scale aggressively. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including: - Paid acquisition strategy - Campaign setup and structure - Creative briefs and ad angle development - Landing page and funnel recommendations - Conversion tracking and attribution analysis - Daily/weekly optimization - Reporting on what is working, what is not, and what we should do next - Scaling budgets while maintaining strong CAC, CPL, and ROAS/payback discipline We’re currently spending tens of thousands per month on paid ads. Our goal is to 10x that spend by the end of the year, but only with someone who has the experience and judgment to scale responsibly. The ideal candidate has a proven track record scaling B2B SaaS paid acquisition, especially across Facebook and Google Ads. You should be comfortable managing large budgets, reading attribution data, identifying bottlenecks, and making fast but thoughtful optimization decisions. Strong performance in this role can open the door to managing PPC across the broader Momentum Labs portfolio, including: - 1Lookup - 1Capture - Prymatica - Emailchaser There is a lot of room to grow for someone who can deliver results. Must have: - Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for B2B SaaS companies - Strong experience with both Facebook Ads and Google Ads - Comfortable owning a six-figure monthly ad budget - Data-driven and conversion-obsessed - Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and payback periods - Ability to create strong creative briefs and test new angles - Experience optimizing campaigns based on actual revenue and pipeline quality, not just vanity metrics - Clear communication and strong reporting discipline - Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote environment We want someone who thinks like a growth operator, not just a media buyer.Please apply with specific examples of B2B SaaS campaigns you’ve scaled, including budgets, channels, results, and the decisions you made to improve performance.
