As we scale our client portfolio, we're looking for a strong performance marketing partner to join our agency ecosystem and handle paid media, CRO, email, and growth strategy for our clients. Who We're Looking For We need a partner with AI-native, full-funnel, and obsessed with measurable outcomes. Specifically: AI-powered paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Full-funnel strategy from awareness to conversion to retention CRO and landing page optimization Email & SMS automation (Klaviyo preferred) SEO and content strategy Transparent reporting with real-time performance dashboards Proven ROAS results with verifiable case studies (we want numbers, not claims) The Opportunity Our agency brings clients across real estate, lifestyle, DTC, and consumer brands. You'll plug into an existing creative and branding infrastructure our team handles the brand, the visuals, and the web. You handle the performance layer. Together we deliver a true 360° service. This is a long-term partnership, not a one-off project. We're looking for someone serious about growth, comfortable working agency-to-agency, and capable of scaling budgets profitably.
