🚀 Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) | Long-Term Opportunity Overview We're an Australian creative agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to help grow our business through strategic Facebook and Instagram advertising. We're not looking for someone who simply boosts posts—we're looking for someone who understands how to build, optimise, and scale campaigns that generate real business results. Initially, you'll be responsible for managing our own advertising campaigns. If you consistently deliver high-quality leads and strong performance, you'll have the opportunity to become our dedicated advertising specialist, managing campaigns for both our agency and our clients. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Your Responsibilities * Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns * Research and define target audiences * Develop campaign strategies for lead generation * Write compelling ad copy and recommend creative direction * Set up campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager * Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data * Test audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign structures * Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) * Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations * Continuously suggest new ideas to improve marketing performance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: * Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns * Strong understanding of lead generation for service-based businesses * Experience analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong communication skills * High attention to detail * Ability to work independently and take ownership of results * A proactive mindset and willingness to test new ideas Bonus Skills Highly regarded if you have experience with: * Google Ads * TikTok Ads * Landing page optimisation * Funnel building * Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) * Google Analytics 4 (GA4) * Meta Pixel & Conversion API * CRM systems * Email marketing and automation * A/B testing * Looker Studio reporting What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who can: * Generate qualified leads—not just website traffic * Think strategically about improving campaign performance * Communicate clearly and proactively * Continuously optimise campaigns using data * Contribute ideas that help grow the business If successful, you'll have the opportunity to manage advertising campaigns for our clients as our agency continues to grow. Paid Trial The successful candidate will begin with a paid trial project. During the trial, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing our current marketing approach * Creating and launching Meta advertising campaigns * Monitoring and optimising performance * Providing clear reports and recommendations If the trial is successful, we'll discuss a long-term working relationship.
