Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta, TikTok & Shopify) for Wellness Brand

Health Veda is a growing Ayurvedic wellness brand selling premium gummy supplements in the United States. Our current product line includes Ashwagandha KSM-66®, Himalayan Shilajit, and Turmeric gummies. We are a startup looking to scale our direct-to-consumer business through Shopify and other eCommerce channels. What We're Looking For We are seeking a hands-on Meta & TikTok Ads Manager to help us grow our customer base and increase online sales. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working with emerging brands and can help build a scalable acquisition strategy. Responsibilities • Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns • Create, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns • Test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures • Analyze performance and improve ROAS and CPA • Work with our team to develop winning ad creatives and UGC concepts • Monitor Shopify conversion performance and customer acquisition metrics • Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations Requirements • Proven experience managing Meta Ads • Experience with TikTok Ads preferred • Experience with Shopify brands • Experience with wellness, supplements, health, or consumer products is a plus • Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution • Ability to show previous campaign results and case studies To Apply Please include: Relevant case studies Monthly ad budgets managed Average ROAS achieved Experience with Shopify brands Your monthly retainer and availability We are looking for a long-term partner who can grow with our brand as our advertising budgets increase.
