Performance Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to set up and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads. The role includes auditing our existing Meta account, setting up tracking and conversion systems, connecting campaigns with our CRM and lead forms, building retargeting audiences, monitoring performance, optimizing budgets, creating reports, and briefing our internal team on new creative needs. We will provide all advertising assets. We also need to set up new accounts for Google Ads, Youtube ads and TikTok ads. You will be given admin access from us. Initial setup is estimated at 10–12 hours, followed by approximately 1 hour per day or 5 hours per week to manage the accounts with us. Rate: $57 USD per 8-hour working day, calculated proportionally for part-time hours = around $7.10 per hours. Experience with real estate, luxury property, investment products, or high-ticket lead generation is a bonus.
