Performance Media Buyer — Meta & Google Ads We run paid acquisition for DTC health, wellness & beauty brands. Looking for someone who lives in Ads Manager and Google Ads, thinks in incrementality (not last-click), and can own budgets end-to-end. You'll: build, launch & scale Meta + Google campaigns · manage spend across ~multiple client accounts · own testing, reporting & CM3/ROAS targets · partner with creative and CRO. You have: 3+ yrs hands-on DTC media buying · fluency in Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads · comfort with attribution problem solving, managing budget forecasts, justifying decisions, analyzing creative.
