Performance Video Editor for Filipino Beauty Brand, AI Video Experience Required

We’re looking for a talented video editor to create high-quality, performance-focused video ads for PURA, a new beauty and wellness brand targeting women in the Philippines. Our first product is a premium seven-layer shower filter designed to reduce impurities in shower water and support healthier-looking skin and hair. This is not a basic editing role. We need someone who understands Filipino consumers and can turn raw footage, UGC, product content and AI-generated scenes into ads that grab attention and drive sales. You’ll also use AI image and video tools to create realistic scenes that we cannot film traditionally. This includes developing prompts, maintaining visual consistency and combining AI-generated content with real product footage. What you’ll be doing: * Editing short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram and TikTok * Creating content specifically for the Filipino market * Turning creative briefs, scripts and hooks into finished ads * Creating realistic AI-generated scenes using tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo or similar * Writing and refining prompts to produce specific shots, environments and visual styles * Combining UGC, product footage, stock content and AI visuals * Adding strong hooks, captions, music, sound design and motion graphics * Creating multiple hooks and variations for creative testing * Using performance feedback to improve future ads What we’re looking for: * Strong portfolio of e-commerce or direct-response video ads * Experience creating content for Meta and TikTok * Proven experience with AI image and video generation tools * Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and conversion * An understanding of Filipino culture, consumers and social media trends * Ability to make premium-looking content without a large production budget * Good English and clear communication * Reliable turnaround times and attention to detail * Comfortable receiving feedback and creating multiple revisions Applicants based in the Philippines, or with experience creating ads for Filipino audiences, are strongly preferred.
