Performance marketing designer - hospitality & food brand

We're a hospitality and food brand looking for a talented designer who lives and breathes performance marketing. You know how to make people stop scrolling and more importantly, click. This is a part-time ongoing engagement starting at one day per week, with strong potential to grow for the right person. 
 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Design and produce high-performing digital advertising assets across paid social, display, lead generation, search, remarketing and email marketing campaigns - Producing multiple variants for A/B testing — you think in creative concepts, not one-offs - Translating brand guidelines into thumb-stopping, conversion-focused creative 
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience designing for paid social and display — a portfolio showing real campaign work is a must - Background or strong interest in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands - Understands the difference between brand design and performance design — and when to prioritise one over the other - Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working independently
