Permit CAD Drafter Needed for Height & Topography Elevation Sheets

I need a permit drafter / architectural CAD freelancer to prepare two height and topography elevation drawings for a City of Tacoma, WA permit correction. Project type: Residential pergola on an existing upper-level deck in Tacoma, WA. The property is located in a View Sensitive District with a 20'-0" maximum height allowance measured from existing grade. The City is requesting scaled elevation drawings showing the existing site topography, existing upper-level deck, and proposed pergola/roof cover. Required deliverables: 1. A2.0 — East/West Height & Topography Elevation 2. A2.1 — North/South Height & Topography Elevation 3. Existing grade/topography line shown to scale 4. Existing upper-level deck elevation 5. Proposed pergola/top of roof cover elevation 6. Existing house roofline if relevant 7. 20'-0" VSD height limit plane measured from existing grade 8. Vertical dimensions from existing grade to top of pergola Preferred scale: 1/8" = 1'-0" or 1/4" = 1'-0", whichever is clearer. Required sheet note: “Proposed pergola height is measured from existing grade in accordance with City of Tacoma View Sensitive District height requirements. Proposed top of pergola shall not exceed the 20'-0" VSD height limit plane.” I have dwg files as well.
