Personal Assistant With 2D AutoCAD Experience

We're seeking experienced Virtual Assistants to support our Manager in AutoCAD Designer and communicating with existing and potential business accounts in the construction materials supply market. Specifically, we manufacture heated flooring and heated driveway systems. This role is ideal for someone confident and comfortable acting as a personal assistant to senior leadership and have 2D AutoCAD Design experience . What You'll Do 1. AutoCAD drawing and customers communicating 2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: a. Calculating area and estimating square footage required. b. Designing layouts for the floor plans provided on autocad. c. Communicate with a variety of business professionals via phone and email d. Assist the Manager with daily duties and responsibilities e. Engage with business owners and decision-makers (both existing and prospective accounts) f. Book qualified meetings directly on the Manager's calendar g.Document all communications in a simple, shared tracking system 3. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: a. Basic Computer Knowledge b. Spread sheet evaluation c. Auto CAD d. Microsoft Office e. Strong spoken English with confident, natural phone presence and/or professional email communication skills Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in appointment setting Comfortable learning and discussing construction-related products Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
