Personal Assistant needed for a range of tasks / multi- business

Looking for a proactive and motivated assistant who can help grow my businesses. I run a number of businesses that vary quite a bit in nature so the assistant must be flexible and be able to manage numerous tasks simultaneously from various businesses. Examples of task: - light bookkeeping. Matching receipts to expenses in bank account - social media posting and idea generation - reaching the market for a new purchase IE a Van or a training course - organising my tasks by priority In terms of time I'm thinking 10 hours per week initially but that may scale up or down depending on how it works out. At the moment I'm completely bogged down and slowly losing control of tasks and missing deadlines. The person I'm looking for needs to be inquisitive and good at solving problems. A lot of tasks will involve research and providing options/feedback My preference would be UK based. I'm all for AI, I also use it in my day job, but please be transparent if you intend to use it. This job would involve me sharing confidential and/or private data so need to know if it's going to be shared with an AI platform.
